McDonalds Egg McMuffin Recipe



There's no need to go through the McDonald's drive through any more. You can make your McDonald's Egg McMuffin in the comfort of your own home with this McDonald's Egg McMuffin Recipe.

The McDonald's Egg McMuffin is actually very basic. All it is is bacon, an egg and cheese on an English muffin.

For your McDonald's Egg McMuffin Recipe you will need the following ingredients:

* 1 jumbo egg
* 1 English muffin
* butter
* 1 slice American cheese
* 1 slice bacon
* wax paper
* non stick cooking spray
* an egg ring, or a biscuit cutter

Toast your English muffin in a electric griddle at 275 degree F until it is warm and set aside.

Next increase the temperature of griddle and spray your electric griddle and egg ring with non-stick cooking spray. Place your egg ring on the griddle and crack your egg into the ring.

The bottom of the egg should be firm after one or two minutes. Carefully remove the egg ring and leave the egg on the electric griddle. turn the egg over and cook
the other side for another 30-45 seconds. Then set aside.

Place a slice of bacon on the griddle and cook for about 30 seconds each side. Set aside.

Butter the insides of your toasted English muffin and place a slice of American cheese on the bottom half. Place your egg on top of the cheese, then bacon and then top it off with the other half of the English muffin.
